  • It’s a light chemical peel, consisting of various acids, vitamins and antioxidants, that cause the heat. The peel resurfaces the skin, exfoliating dead skin cells and stimulating the growth of new ones in their place.

    The second mask is made up of hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is a skin plumping agent that occurs naturally in the body and will thoroughly hydrate the skin. You’ll have serums and sunscreens applied afterwards to moisturise and protect the treated skin.   • Fire & Ice facials are a great way to revitalise dull, tired-looked skin. Following treatment, your skin should be healthier, refreshed and younger-looking. They’re also effective at reducing acne and acne-scarring.

  • You should notice a difference in your skin after the first session. With each consequent session, the appearance of your skin should improve a little more.

  • 6 sessions are recommended to achieve significant results, but our experienced Skin Life Aesthetic practitioner will be able to advise you on the optimal amount of sessions to suit your individual skin type when you have your consultation.

  • It may feel slightly tingly when the first mask is applied, but it shouldn’t be painful. The second mask will cool and refresh any heat you may feel on your skin.

  • Your skin may look flushed immediately following treatment, but this slight redness should subside after 4-6 hours.
