Who it suits

People usually book it for:

  • Tension they feel in the face, jaw or neck
  • A relaxing, hands-on facial
  • Looking refreshed before an event

Who it is not suitable for

  • Anyone under 18
  • A fever, an infection, or broken skin or a rash on the face
  • For buccal massage: mouth ulcers, a cold sore, or recent dental work, an extraction or dental implants. Please tell us too if you wear a brace or have a problem with your jaw joint
  • Buccal massage is given with gloved hands, so please tell us if you have a latex allergy
  • If you have had injectable treatments in your face, such as fillers, please tell us when, as you may need to wait before a facial massage
  • If you are pregnant, please ask us before booking
  • If you take blood-thinning medicine or bruise easily, please tell us before your appointment

We go through your medical history at your consultation and will tell you if another treatment, or no treatment, is the better choice.

Which treatment to choose

Facial lifting massage: a sculpting facial massage that works every muscle of the face, neck and décolleté with firm, lifting strokes. It stimulates circulation, releases tension in the jaw and forehead, drains puffiness and encourages natural collagen — so cheekbones look more defined, the jawline sharper and skin fresher and brighter. Zero needles, zero downtime: a natural lift you can see straight after the first session, and one that builds with a course.

Buccal massage: an intra-oral facial massage, performed with gloved hands from inside and outside the cheeks, releases deep muscles that no ordinary facial can reach. It melts jaw tension and clenching, softens nasolabial folds, lifts the lower face and defines the jawline — the “natural contouring” celebrities swear by before red carpets. Deeply relaxing, surprisingly powerful, and the perfect partner to your skincare or injectables.

Facial lifting and buccal massage: the ultimate hands-on facelift. We start with firm, lifting strokes across the face, neck and décolleté to boost circulation, drain puffiness and wake up every muscle — then move inside the cheeks, with gloved hands, to release the deep jaw and mouth muscles no ordinary facial can reach. The result: higher cheekbones, a sharper jawline, softer nasolabial folds and skin that looks rested and lit from within. The natural contouring celebrities book before the red carpet — no needles, no downtime, and results that build with every session.

Each is 60 minutes. At the start, Marcela asks how you feel and what you would like from the session, and she adjusts the pressure throughout.

Your appointment

Before

We ask about your health, any recent dental work and any treatments you have had on your face, to make sure the massage is suitable.

Treatment

You lie on the treatment couch while Marcela works over your face, neck and décolleté. For buccal massage she wears gloves and works from inside and outside the cheeks.

Afterwards

Your face can look a little pink, and your cheeks and jaw can feel tender for a day or so. You can go straight back to your day.

Side effects and risks

Common and short-lived: redness, and tenderness in the face, cheeks and jaw for a day or so.

Less common: bruising, particularly if you bruise easily or take blood-thinning medicine. Tell Marcela straight away if the pressure feels too strong or anything is uncomfortable.

Afterwards

  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Avoid saunas, steam rooms and hot baths for the rest of the day if your skin is pink or tender.

Questions

What is buccal massage?

A facial massage that is partly done from inside the mouth. Marcela wears gloves and works on the cheek muscles from inside and outside at the same time.

Does it hurt?

It is firm, and some areas, such as the jaw, can feel tender while they are worked on. Tell Marcela if you would like the pressure lighter.

Which treatment should I choose?

Choose the one that sounds right for you, or message Marcela on WhatsApp and she will help you decide.

Can I have it if I have had fillers?

Please tell us when you had them when you book. You may need to wait before a facial massage, and we will tell you how long.
