Who it suits

People usually book it for:

  • Natural lashes that are straight or point downwards
  • Skipping mascara and lash curlers
  • An alternative to lash extensions

Who it is not suitable for

  • Anyone with an eye infection, a stye or irritated eyes
  • Anyone who has reacted to a lash tint or perming lotion before
  • Anyone under 18
  • If you are pregnant or have had eye surgery recently, please tell us before booking

We go through your medical history at your consultation and will tell you if another treatment, or no treatment, is the better choice.

How it works

LVL stands for length, volume and lift. Your lashes are lifted onto a small silicone shield and a setting lotion straightens them from the root. A tint is then applied.

Nothing is added to your lashes: no extensions and no glue.

Your appointment

Patch test

A patch test for the lotion and tint is carried out at least 48 hours before your first appointment.

Treatment

You lie back with your eyes closed for about 45 minutes while the lashes are lifted and tinted.

Afterwards

Keep the lashes dry and free of make-up for 24 hours.

Side effects and risks

Side effects are uncommon. Some people notice mild irritation or watering of the eyes.

Rarely: an allergic reaction to the lotion or tint, which is why a patch test is needed.

Looking after your lashes

  • Keep the lashes dry for 24 hours.
  • Avoid mascara, steam, saunas and swimming for 24 hours.
  • Avoid oil-based make-up remover on the lashes.
