Dr.OHHIRA® Fermented Vegetable Extract OM-X® is created through a 5-year natural fermentation of 14 plant-based superfoods with 12 strains of beneficial lactic acid bacteria, enriched with galacto- and fructo-oligosaccharides. It contains 4 times more postbiotics than OM-X® capsules. The cultures are gently heat-treated, making it suitable for families and sensitive digestion.

How to use:
Take 1 sachet (2.5 g) per day, 3–7 times per week, preferably in the morning before meals. Squeeze directly into the mouth, or mix into water, yoghurt or soft food.
